It didn't take me long at all to figure out what I wanted. In fact, the Bride loved it so much, she had no changes. She loved the cardstock, the ribbon and the embellishments. She has since asked me to do Menu and Favour tags, as well as decorate her cake. More pictures to come when I have completed those.

Custom Wedding Invitations
This is my first custom wedding invitation order! Besides doing my own wedding invitations in May 2009 (150 of them), I have steered clear of anything "wedding" since I was overwhelmed and sick of it all. I did my own invites, thank you cards, menu cards, wedding programs, favour tags...you name it, I did it. Months after my wedding, I felt sad since I no longer had anything crafty to make. I was looking for any excuse to do an invitation, my 1 year wedding anniversary, house warming party, anything! I accidentally discovered the Cricut machine while on a cake decor hunt at Michael's in May 2010. I saw the Cricut Cake machine and the lady said that Provo Craft had a regular Cricut machine as well. I was in complete awe when I went home and researched the Cricut Expression and all other Provo Craft products! It took a lot of research and a lot of learning, but here I am today, throughly enjoying the hobby I always loved, but in a totally new way. So, through word of mouth, I had a request to do 20 wedding invitations and I couldn't have been more honoured and excited to do these! There were only 3 requests for the order: Had to be square, had to be classy and the colour combo had to be Cream and Silver.

She has since asked me to do Menu and Favour tags, as well as decorate her cake. More pictures to come when I have completed those.
